The Maas Holding GmbH finalizes the takeover of OXSEED AG.

Beginning today, Maas Holding GmbH has completed the integration of the previously insolvent OXSEED AG. In the course of a major company restructuring, all employees of the location Filderstadt are taken over. To support the running customer installations, all employees at the location Bielefeld are now transferred to the company OXSEED UG. The close relations of our partnerships and the protection of customer investments are thus guaranteed. The employment and competency base are largely maintained.

The innovative core components of the OXSEED software are being used in current projects and are continuously extended with the newest technology. Better project scheduling and shorter innovation cycles make it possible to reap in significant cost savings in conjunction with improved quality.

The new OXSEED software will also enhance the current product portfolio and will be marketed with the other products using the OXSEED label. Simultaneously, we plan to add Web-based services to our solution offerings and have, for this purpose, increased the number of employees throughout our locations world wide.

The synergy effects of the takeover and the planned growth enable Maas Holding GmbH to organize projects which provide alternative solutions for customers, and to create products which can be offered as Web-based services.
